Tap & Ballet Combo Classes (ages 2-7)

Combo classes are perfect for young children who want to begin dancing! Dancers learn the basic technique of both tap and ballet during their class in a fun and exciting learning environment.
Dress Code: Leotard, tights, and skirt (optional). Black ballet shoes (strings must be cut and taped inside of shoe) and black tap shoes. Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s face.Clothing and shoes can be purchased at the studio.

Boys & Girls Hip Hop (ages 4-18)

Hip Hop is a fun, high energy class for all ages. Each teacher infuses different styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, locking, as well as confidence building. These classes help students step out of their comfort zone and develop their own style.

Dress Code: Loose fitting clothing. Clean sneakers must not be worn outside. Street shoes are not permitted.

Tumbling (ages 3-7)

This class covers all the basics of tumbling while working on basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, form, and technique. Core and strength is developed through skills & exercises.

Dress Code: Comfortable, tight fitting clothing should be worn. Leotard and bike shorts or leggings is recommended. No shoes. Hair must be pulled up and back out of the dancer’s face. Dance attire can be purchased at the studio.

Acro & Tumbling (ages 7-18)

Acro and Tumbling classes incorporate all of the beginning level tumbling. As the basics are learned, harder tricks will be taught. Running tumbling passes are learned at the more advanced levels. Acro dancers achieve strength, stamina, and endurance that can be used in other classes. Dance tricks will be taught that can be incorporated into routines.

Dress Code: Comfortable, tight fitting clothing should be worn. Leotard and bike shorts or leggings is recommended. No shoes. Hair must be pulled up and back out of the dancer’s face. Dance attire can be purchased at the studio.

Ballet (ages 7-18)

Each class begins with barre work and gradually transition to the center as the dancers warm up. Ballet provides the foundational technique required for any other style of dance. The dancers will focus on turn out, discipline, balance, coordination, and hard work.

Dress Code: Strict dress code. Dancers must wear a black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes with hair in a bun. Dance attire can be purchased at the studio.

Jazz (ages 7-18)

Jazz classes focus on proper technique, improving performance quality, and continually developing more complex rhythms and patterns. Dancers will be exposed to all styles of jazz, lyrical, and contemporary in their classes to create well rounded dancers. Improv to all music types will also be focused on.

Dress Code: Black leotard, tights, and bike shorts or leggings are recommended. Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s face. Pink half-sole ballet shoes are required and can be purchased at the studio along with other dance attire.

Adult Open Classes (ages 16 and up)

Open classes are for Teens and Adults. We have open jazz, technique, and hip-hop classes held once a week. These classes are designed for beginning and trained dancers who love the rush of being pushed in class but have the flexibility to drop in for a single class or purchase a multi-class punch pass for anytime-use.

Dress Code:  Any comfortable workout clothing can be worn.

Tap (ages 7-18)

Tap classes develop rhythm, style and sound. Students learn a variety of tap styles to develop proper technique and clear tap sounds. Tap is extremely helpful in developing musicality in dancers.

Dress Code:  Leotard, tights, and bike shorts are recommended. Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s face. Tap shoes are required and can be purchased at the studio.
